The Role
We’re looking for a Project Architect (3–5 years of experience) who thrives in a small-firm environment where everyone contributes across all phases.
You’ll:
Collaborate with principals, PMs, and teammates (2–3 per project).
Lead and produce construction documents in Revit.
Apply technical knowledge of building systems to ensure quality deliverables.
Coordinate with consultants, engineers, and clients.
Contribute to design, construction administration, and client presentations.
What You Bring
3–5 years of professional architecture experience.
Professional degree in Architecture (B.Arch or M.Arch) preferred.
Proficiency in Revit (daily production).
Strong technical knowledge of building systems.
Familiarity with AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Microsoft Office.
A collaborative, flexible mindset and sense of humor.
Bonus:
Licensure in progress (ARE support available).
Experience with public-sector projects (K-12, higher ed, community).
