The Opportunity:

We are looking for a talented Project Architect with at least 8 years of experience in Higher Education projects. This is your chance to express your passion for educational design and contribute to creating beautiful, energy-efficient buildings. Here’s what you can expect:

Challenging Projects: Working on Higher Education projects will challenge you daily to produce elegant design solutions that cater to a diverse client base.

Team Collaboration: You will lead and manage a team of talented, creative designers, collaborating closely with them from concept through construction.

Your Responsibilities:

• Implementing the project scope within budget and client expectations.
• Preparing and delivering compelling project presentations.
• Effective communication with clients and team consultants.
• Coordinating the efforts of various consultants.
• Ensuring quality assurance and control measures are met throughout the project.
• Mentoring and instructing team members.
• Building and maintaining positive client and consultant relationships.
• Exploring the deeper meaning and design possibilities in your projects.

Requirements:

• Proficiency in Revit.
• Strong knowledge of sustainable building science principles.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Exceptional organizational, planning, and implementation skills.
• Friendly and kind interpersonal skills.
• Efficient project management abilities.
• Eagerness to develop your professional expertise.
• A desire to grow in your career development.
• Professional Architectural degree.
• Proven experience in designing and executing Higher Education projects.
