Interior Designer – Corporate Interiors
Location: New York City (near Penn Station)

Position Overview
We are seeking an Interior Designer with 3-5 years of experience in corporate office design to join our close-knit team of 10 professionals. The ideal candidate is organized, motivated, and ready to take ownership of projects from concept through completion.
Key Responsibilities

Lead and support corporate office design projects through all phases: concept, space planning, construction documentation, and installation

Create presentations and design documentation for tech companies, law firms, financial institutions, staffing agencies, and landlord/tenant spaces

Select finishes, fixtures, and furniture tailored to the client’s brand and needs

Coordinate with consultants, vendors, contractors, and clients to ensure seamless project execution

Manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining deadlines and quality standards

Utilize design software effectively, including AutoCAD (2018+), Adobe Photoshop and InDesign, SketchUp, Excel, and Word
Qualifications

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Interior Design or related field

3–5 years of professional experience in corporate interiors and space planning

Strong design sensibility and attention to detail

Excellent communication and presentation skills

Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment

Proficiency in AutoCAD (2018+), InDesign, Photoshop, Adobe Creative Suite, SketchUp, and Microsoft Office

Salary: $75,000–$85,000 plus year-end performance bonus
