Job Title: Autodesk Revit Certified Professional – Landscape Architecture

Position Overview:
As part of our growth strategy, we are transitioning to 100% Revit-based 3D modeling and seeking an Autodesk Revit Certified Professional with expertise in Revit’s Landscape functionality. This role is pivotal in leading and educating our talented team through this transition. You will serve as our master user and in-house trainer, ensuring best practices and maximizing efficiency in Revit for landscape architecture projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead our transition to Revit by training and mentoring our team on its landscape architecture functionality.
- Develop and manage Revit standards, templates, and workflows to optimize project efficiency.
- Create custom catalog parts within Revit, including highly detailed plant species, trees, shrubs, and other landscape elements to bring our design vision to life in 3D.
- Ensure accurate and scalable 3D modeling of campus landscapes, urban parks, and luxury estates, integrating precise environmental and aesthetic elements.
- Collaborate with project teams to refine and enhance Revit-based design solutions, ensuring world-class execution.
- Stay ahead of Revit developments and recommend new tools or techniques to advance our firm’s capabilities.
- Work closely with our designers, potentially reducing the need for an additional designer, depending on the candidate’s expertise.
Qualifications:
Degree in Landscape Architecture or design with a minimum of 5-10 years of experience
- Certified Autodesk Revit Professional with a degree in landscape architecture or design.
- Extensive experience using Revit for 3D modeling in landscape architecture.
- Proven ability to develop and manage a library of custom landscape elements (trees, plants, hardscape materials, etc.).
- Passion for mentorship and training, with experience guiding teams through software adoption.
- Deep understanding of landscape architecture principles, planting design, and spatial planning.
- Strong collaboration and communication skills, thriving in a high-performing, creative environment.
