The Role

We’re looking for a Project Architect (3–5 years of experience) who thrives in a small-firm environment where everyone contributes across all phases.

You’ll:

• Collaborate with principals, PMs, and teammates (2–3 per project).

• Lead and produce construction documents in Revit.

• Apply technical knowledge of building systems to ensure quality deliverables.

• Coordinate with consultants, engineers, and clients.

• Contribute to design, construction administration, and client presentations.

What You Bring

• 3–5 years of professional architecture experience.

• Professional degree in Architecture (B.Arch or M.Arch) preferred.

• Proficiency in Revit (daily production).

• Strong technical knowledge of building systems.

• Familiarity with AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Microsoft Office.

• A collaborative, flexible mindset and sense of humor.

Bonus:

• Licensure in progress (ARE support available).

• Experience with public-sector projects (K-12, higher ed, community).
