Manager of Interior Design

This luxury  company in Dallas, Texas  offers complete custom interior renovations from design to build out. Which specializes in kitchen and bath remodels including cabinetry, lighting, trim work, dry/wet bars, stone countertops, painting and elaborate outdoor living spaces as well. They provide the ultimate in home amenities, repair and remodeling services. They pride themselves on the passion for design, professionalism and customer satisfaction.

This Lead Managerial Interior Design position is responsible for overseeing the daily activities of the internal design team.


* Bachelor’s Degree in Interior Design

* 7-10 years of sales driven design experience, predominately in kitchen, bath and media room design. Other design or architectural experience a plus

* At least 5 years of demonstrated experience in leadership and mentoring teams

* Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Adobe Suite, Sketchup, Revit

* Extremely detail oriented and organized

* Must demonstrate excellent verbal and written communication skills

* Strong attention to detail and able to manage multiple projects under pressure * Possess a professional demeanor + demonstrates maturity and reliability


* Train and mentor internal design team

* Assist in recruitment of new design talent

* Create and execute strategic plans to increase operational efficiencies and business growth for the division

* Act as liaison for design team and provide necessary information to and work with other internal support staff and contractors to ensure the efficient flow of accurate information from initial prospect to final installation

* Support design team as needed on existing design projects

* Ensure each design project sold by the team has scope of work accurately entered in the system with appropriate margins, pricing, and measurements

* Sell new client design projects as needed
