We are an architectural and interior design firm operating in West Palm Beach, Florida for over thirty years. We are currently seeking an Architectural BIM Manager to join our team! As a BIM Manager, you will be dedicated to REVIT project documentation on multiple projects. The role also involves leading the internal technical team to establish REVIT standards and train project teams.
Responsibilities include developing and managing complex REVIT models for design presentations, creating high-quality construction documents, integrating consultant REVIT models, developing, and maintaining REVIT standards, and leading the internal REVIT training program with workshops and guidelines. You will also provide architectural quality control for REVIT models and drawing sets.
Qualifications include a completion of a BA Arch, MA Arch, or Construction Management Degree, 5+ years of BIM management experience in an Architectural or Construction office, previous large-scale REVIT project experience, and experience working with consultant REVIT models and cross-platform drawings. Strong IT skills, interest in teaching and training others, and excellent verbal, written, and graphic communication skills are a must. You must also be organized, precise, and detail-oriented, proactive about solving problems and learning, and passionate about doing great work and eager to grow in your career.
