Are you a recent architecture graduate or emerging designer eager to turn academic training into real-world project experience? This entry-level Architectural Designer role offers hands-on exposure to multifamily residential projects, working alongside experienced architects through all phases of design—from concept to construction.
This position is ideal for a motivated, curious designer who wants to learn, grow, and build a strong professional foundation within a collaborative studio environment.
What You’ll Do
Support the design and documentation of multifamily residential projects
Assist with Revit-based drawings and digital models, learning firm standards and best practices
Participate in design reviews, team meetings, and consultant coordination
Help prepare design presentations, renderings, graphics, and material boards
Assist with specifications and basic code research under senior guidance
Gain exposure to construction administration, including site visits, submittals, shop drawings, and RFIs
Learn how design decisions translate from drawings to built projects
What We’re Looking For
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree from an accredited architecture program
Working knowledge of Revit and interest in sustainable building principles
Strong communication and organizational skills
Collaborative mindset, reliability, and openness to feedback
Enthusiasm for learning, growing technical skills, and building a long-term career in architecture
