Multifamily Housing | Early Career Opportunity

Are you a recent architecture graduate or emerging designer eager to turn academic training into real-world project experience? This entry-level Architectural Designer role offers hands-on exposure to multifamily residential projects, working alongside experienced architects through all phases of design—from concept to construction.

This position is ideal for a motivated, curious designer who wants to learn, grow, and build a strong professional foundation within a collaborative studio environment.

  • Support the design and documentation of multifamily residential projects

  • Assist with Revit-based drawings and digital models, learning firm standards and best practices

  • Participate in design reviews, team meetings, and consultant coordination

  • Help prepare design presentations, renderings, graphics, and material boards

  • Assist with specifications and basic code research under senior guidance

  • Gain exposure to construction administration, including site visits, submittals, shop drawings, and RFIs

  • Learn how design decisions translate from drawings to built projects

What We’re Looking For

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree from an accredited architecture program

  • Working knowledge of Revit and interest in sustainable building principles

  • Strong communication and organizational skills

  • Collaborative mindset, reliability, and openness to feedback

  • Exposure to all phases of practice, including construction

  • Supportive environment that values mentorship and professional development

  • Opportunity to build confidence in modeling, rendering, space planning, and technical documentation
