Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and creative Architectural Visualization Specialist / CGI Specialist to join our team in Miami. You will play a critical role in producing high-quality 3D renderings, animations, and visualizations that bring our custom luxury residential projects to life. Your work will support client presentations, marketing materials, and design development, helping to convey our architectural vision with stunning visual accuracy.

Key Responsibilities

• 3D Modeling & Visualization: Create detailed, photorealistic 3D models and renderings of architectural designs, including interiors, exteriors, and landscapes.
• Rendering & Animation: Utilize advanced rendering hardware and software (e.g., V-Ray, Lumion, 3ds Max, Blender, Rhino, Revit, Unreal Engine, Enscape, Corona) to produce high-quality images, animations, and walkthroughs.
• Design Collaboration: Work closely with architects and designers to ensure visual accuracy and consistency in project representations.
• Post-Production: Enhance renderings with post-production techniques using Photoshop, After Effects, and other editing tools.
• Client Presentations: Develop visual presentations and CG animations to showcase projects for clients and stakeholders.
• Technical Support: Provide expertise in CGI-related troubleshooting, ensuring efficiency in rendering and modeling workflows.
• Industry Trends & Innovation: Stay current with advancements in CGI, visualization, and architectural presentation techniques.
• Artificial Intelligence Integration: Utilize AI tools for rendering optimization, real-time scene adjustments, AI-based image and video enhancement, AI-assisted animation, and automated error detection and correction.
• Virtual Reality (VR) Development: Design and develop interactive VR environments using 3D models and CGI visualizations to create immersive experiences for clients.
• Project Management: Manage multiple projects simultaneously while adhering to deadlines and maintaining a high level of quality.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Computer Graphics, Design, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• Proven experience as a CGI/3D Artist, 3D Visualizer, or similar role within the architecture or design industry.
• Strong proficiency in 3D modeling and rendering software, including Revit, 3ds Max, V-Ray, Lumion, Blender, Rhino, Unreal Engine, and Enscape.
• Familiarity with post-production software and AI tools (e.g., Photoshop, After Effects, machine learning algorithms for CGI automation).
• A strong portfolio showcasing architectural visualizations, including interior and exterior projects.
• Understanding of architectural principles, design processes, and construction methods.
• Excellent attention to detail and strong aesthetic judgment.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication and time-management skills, with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
• Experience with Virtual Reality (VR) or Augmented Reality (AR) visualizations.
• Proficiency in Revit and clash detection software.
• Familiarity with cloud-based rendering environments.
