Overview

Ten-15 plus years of experience, with diverse knowledge of architecture principles and practices, uses advanced techniques, an has responsibility for finished plans, specifications, and material approval.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Responsible for finished plans, specifications. Applies sound and diverse knowledge of architecture principles and practices in a broad array of assignments and related fields. Acts independently regarding architectural methods and complexities.

REQUIREMENTS

∙ Bachelor’s or equivalent professional degree in Architecture or related field.

∙ 10-15 years minimum of professional experience: Construction Documents.

∙ Ability to prepare, develop and edit drawings as they relate to the project(s)

∙ Strong ability with AutoCAD.

∙ Strong organizational skills, able to work under pressure, meet deadline and budget time efficiently.

∙ Ability to take initiative in response to direction from managers.

∙ A flexible and open attitude towards new ways of working.
