superior Interior Designer.
The services provided range from their highly skilled CAD team, hands on GC Project Managers for
their Remodel & Construction Division & their team of over twenty top Interior Designers all working
in their 8,500 sq ft showroom boutique.

Requirements
Position Description
We are looking for a seasoned Interior Designer with 8+ years of experience in the luxury residential,
multi-family, commercial sectors. Someone who is passionate about the industry, well versed in
design, textures, exquisite furniture, fabrics, fixtures and lighting. A professional that is capable of
managing several projects at a time, where they are asked to almost manage their own small
business within the firm. Being a self-starter, detail oriented and independent are key. No sales
experience needed, that aspect is covered by the Owners.
Qualification
Strong Sketching | Free-hand abilities
CAD Proficient
Remodel experience
New Construction experience
Conceptual working elevation knowledge
Millwork knowledge
Develop, modify and/or review drawings according to established code standards
Sourcing materials and products for the designs
Determining costs for different projects
Well versed with new trends + styles
*Serve as client liaison with regards to every aspect of Project Management (as further
specified below). Manage the Client / Company relationship.
*Interface with vendors and subcontractors as necessary to coordinate production and project
schedules. Prepare any necessary Materials Selection and Room Finish Specification Schedules
to facilitate coordination of the project.
*Manage job site labor workforce as necessary which includes company employees as well as
subcontractors.
