Location: Midtown Manhattan, NYC (In-Office)
Salary: $75,000–$80,000 (License not required)
Schedule: Monday–Friday | 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM (40 hours, flexible start time)

Our client is a New York City-based architecture and interior design firm specializing in corporate interiors, office environments, and retail spaces. The firm is known for its attention to detail, high-touch client service, and collaborative project approach. The team is tight-knit and highly collaborative, currently expanding and moving into a larger office space to accommodate growth. The culture is entrepreneurial, fast-paced, and team-oriented.

The Role
We are seeking a Junior Architect / Draftsperson with 3–5 years of experience in office and retail design in NYC. This role requires a detail-oriented and highly organized professional who can manage multiple projects in a deadline-driven environment.
Key Responsibilities
• Conduct initial site surveys and field measurements
• Draft and develop construction documents
• Coordinate with engineers and consultants
• Assist with project management tasks and client coordination
• Support projects from concept through construction
• Multitask across several projects simultaneously
• Maintain schedules and ensure timely deliverables
Qualifications
• 3–5 years of experience in office and retail design (NYC experience preferred)
• Strong construction documentation skills
• Ability to work quickly and efficiently while maintaining accuracy
• Highly organized, motivated, and adaptable
• Strong communication and coordination skills
Software Skills Required
• AutoCAD 2024 or higher
• Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop & InDesign)
• Microsoft Excel and Word
• Rhino and V-Ray (a plus)
Compensation & Benefits
• Salary range: $75,000–$80,000

Onboarding Process
