Responsibilities

• Maintain records, prepare reports, and compose correspondence related to project work.
• Plan, organize, and oversee the preparation of landscape drawings, specifications, and related documents.
• Review shop drawings for accuracy and compliance with approved plans and specifications.
• Interpret landscape plans, specifications, and local codes and regulations.
• Conduct field inspections prior to finalizing landscape plans to ensure compliance with regulations and specifications.
• Provide landscape architecture planning and design documents, including presentation graphics, construction documents, and construction specifications.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Landscape Architecture/Design.
• 10 +years of experience in landscape architecture/design.
• Proficiency in REVIT and familiarity with LumionPro8 or similar programs.
• Experience with high-end residential projects.
• Strong understanding of landscape drafting standards and procedures.
• Excellent written communication skills for effective team collaboration.
• Proven experience preparing comprehensive and accurate landscape construction documents.
• Knowledge of city codes and regulations.
• Experience with permit preparation and bidding processes.
• Strong work ethic and exceptional time management skills.
