Qualifications
- Solid communication skills with both contractors and clients
- Know and clearly understand the proposal and scope of each project
- Provide design solutions in a creative and timely manner
- Interprets landscape plans, specifications, as well as local codes and regulations related to the work.
- Detail oriented
- Strong knowledge of tropical plants
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree and/or Master’s Degree in Landscape Architecture
- 5-7 years experience
- AutoCAD, SketchUP, Photoshop
- High-end residential experience; hardscape, pools, lights, design | build experience
