We are excited to invite a talented and experienced Landscape Architect to join our dynamic team in Dallas, Texas! As a licensed professional in the state of Texas, you will play a vital role in bringing our clients’ visions to life through your exceptional creativity and design expertise.

As a Landscape Architect, you will have the opportunity to lead and manage commercial and residential landscape design projects, selecting the perfect plant materials and specifications, and working closely with our team throughout all phases of design. We are looking for someone with strong design skills, including the ability to create concept and schematic plans, as well as proficiency in production and construction documents. Proficiency with AutoCAD and the Microsoft Office Suite is required, and experience with Adobe Creative Suite, SketchUp, and Land F(x) is a plus.

In this role, excellent communication and presentation skills are key, as you will be interacting with clients, vendors, and team members. You should be able to effectively communicate in difficult situations and have the ability to work independently while also collaborating in a studio environment. Strong organizational and problem-solving skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize under pressure, are also essential.

Qualifications and Competencies
a) Landscape Architect Licensed in the State of Texas
b) Personable, energetic and professional, with a record of success in client-facing roles
c) Excellent organization, time management and responsiveness to deadlines
d) Strong understanding and application of graphic and landscape design principles
e) Knowledge of horticulture and regional appropriate plants
f) Proficiency with recent versions of AutoCAD
g) Proficiency with freehand drafting of plan, section/elevation and perspective views
h) Experience with digital filing and workflow tools
i) Proficiency with Microsoft Office and/or Google productivity applications
j) Responsible for quality, accuracy, and completeness of the studio work
