Key Responsibilities
- Lead the design and delivery of healthcare architecture projects from concept through construction administration.
- Develop and nurture strong client relationships focusing on service, collaboration, and trust.
- Oversee and mentor a talented internal team of architects and designers across multiple locations.
- Manage project schedules, budgets, and deliverables to ensure high-quality outcomes.
- Participate in and guide the creation of presentation materials and attend client and stakeholder meetings.
- Support office leadership in growing our healthcare portfolio in the region.
- Ensure project compliance with healthcare code requirements and interface with regulatory agencies.
- Maintain a strong focus on design excellence, documentation quality, and client satisfaction.
What We’re Looking For
- Licensed Architect with 9+ years of experience, including 5+ years focused on healthcare design.
- Degree in Architecture from a NAAB-accredited program.
- Licensed or eligible for licensure in Indiana.
- Proven ability to lead projects, manage teams, and cultivate client relationships.
- Confident communicator with strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Knowledge of healthcare codes, local building regulations, and industry trends.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Adobe programs; Revit and AutoCAD experience is a plus.
- Creative thinker with a passion for design and problem-solving.
- Self-motivated and collaborative, wanting to mentor and grow within a team.
- Interest in sustainable design, LEED, or WELL AP credentials (preferred but not required).
