Lighting Designer – Shape the Future of Light

We are seeking a Senior-Level Lighting Designer with at least 4 years of professional lighting design experience to play a key role in our highly creative and collaborative team. This is an opportunity for a driven designer who wants to contribute their expertise, mentor junior talent, and grow into a leadership role while working on innovative and iconic projects. Must have experience with Revit, team management experience, and the ability to interact with clients and other contractors.

What You’ll Do

As a Lighting Designer, you’ll be involved in every stage of the design process—from initial concept through final installation. Your role will include:

• Leading and completing all phases of project lighting design across architectural, interior, and landscape projects

• Guiding and mentoring junior designers and interns

• Preparing compelling client presentations and design documents

• Developing and testing innovative lighting solutions, fixture alternatives, and mockups

• Collaborating with architects, designers, and clients in meetings (with opportunities for national and international travel)

• Overseeing project documentation, including CAD layouts, fixture schedules, and control specifications

• Reviewing construction progress and conducting on-site aiming and programming of fixtures

What You Bring

• 4-7  years of lighting design experience across diverse project types

• Proficiency in REVIT, AutoCAD and 3D modeling software (Revit/Rhino)

• Hands-on experience with physical model-making and design communication

• Strong skills in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and MS/Google Office tools

• Exceptional organizational, communication, and multitasking skills

• A collaborative mindset with the ability to direct, inspire, and work within a creative team environment
