Your Role:
We are seeking a visionary Project Architect to join our dynamic Miami team. In this role, you will be the driving force behind some of the region’s most prestigious custom residential projects, bringing architectural dreams to life while ensuring excellence in execution.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the architectural process for luxury residential projects from concept to completion, ensuring each home reflects our clients’ unique aspirations.
• Collaborate closely with in-house architects, designers, engineers, and external consultants to achieve unparalleled design and construction outcomes.
• Develop and oversee project scopes, schedules, and budgets, maintaining precision and integrity.
• Act as the primary liaison for clients, delivering exceptional service and fostering long-term relationships.
• Ensure designs comply with all applicable codes, standards, and regulations while reflecting our commitment to sustainability and innovation.
• Conduct regular site visits, project reviews, and team meetings to ensure progress meets expectations.
• Mentor junior architects, fostering a culture of growth and creativity.

What You Bring:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture; licensure preferred.
• At least 5-7 years of experience managing high-end residential architectural projects.
• Expertise in Revit, with proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite.
• A strong eye for detail and an innate ability to blend luxury with practicality.
• Exceptional leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• A passion for sustainable design and an appreciation for Tropical Modern architecture.
