Project Architect Role

We are seeking a Project Architect to develop production drawings and specifications from schematic design through construction document phases.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team of architects and coordinate with consultant engineers to produce construction documents for medium- to large-scale projects

  • Communicate effectively with clients, engineers, and contractors

  • Support the office team and management staff in project delivery


Requirements

  • Professional architectural degree required; working toward licensure preferred

  • 3–5 years of relevant experience

  • Strong knowledge of Florida or International Building Codes

  • Proficient in construction drawing standards

  • Experience with adaptive reuse, renovations, expansions, and new construction

  • Proficiency in Revit; strong design, technical, and graphic skills

  • Excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and highly organized

  • Self-starter mentality; capable of working independently and managing multiple tasks
