Your Role:
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to join our Miami team. In this role, you will guide luxury residential projects from design through construction administration, ensuring seamless coordination among our design team, consultants, and clients. You will be responsible for aligning project schedules, deliverables, and expectations while safeguarding the design intent that defines our work.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the day-to-day progress of high-end residential projects, coordinating between in-house architects, consultants, and contractors.

• Develop, monitor, and maintain project schedules, deliverables, and budgets.

• Act as the primary liaison for clients, providing clear communication and exceptional service throughout the project lifecycle.

• Organize and lead consultant and client meetings, ensuring action items are documented and resolved.

• Support the design team in maintaining quality, consistency, and adherence to the firm’s design vision.

• Oversee permitting, regulatory compliance, and document coordination.

• Facilitate construction administration by reviewing submittals, RFIs, and conducting site visits to confirm that progress aligns with design intent.

What You Bring:

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Interior Architecture, or related field; PMP certification a plus.

• 5–7 years of experience in project management for architecture or design firms, preferably with custom residential projects.

• Strong understanding of architectural documentation, consultant coordination, and permitting processes.

• Proficiency with project management and design tools (Revit, AutoCAD, and MS Project or similar).

• Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills.

• A passion for design excellence and an appreciation for Tropical Modern architecture.
