Archipro is thrilled to be working with this award-winning modern architecture firm based in
Miami + Sarasota, FL. Their climate-driven designs have received numerous awards and

This high producing firm is looking for a self-motivated, dynamic, and team-oriented
experienced Project Manager with the ability to lead on all phases of a project for luxury
residential homes. You would be a promising candidate if you have the ability to execute and
lead all phases of design including but not limited to: planning, feasibility, scope and concept
development, detailed design, construction documentation, and construction administration.

A successful candidate shall also display a solid working knowledge of building and zoning codes
and construction document preparation (e.g. graphics, detailing, specifications) as well as
organization and distribution during all stages of development (e.g. review, bid, permit, etc.).

We are a team-oriented company, so we are looking for someone who can communicate clearly,
confidently, and authentically across teams and can coach less experienced designers and
junior project managers to reach a greater potential. This role is a hybrid role but this position
will ideally be located in the Miami-Dade / Broward area since site
visits are expected.

SOFTWARE – Proficiency in Revit, BIM, AutoCAD, Adobe Suite and SketchUp, Construction
Administration software required, Administration software required

REQUIREMENTS
• Bachelor’s degree in architecture
• Minimum 2 years of management experience in RESIDENTIAL architecture
• Excellent communication skills, as well as strong time management skills
• Experience with Florida building codes, specifications, building and engineering systems
• Experience in all phases of a project including construction administration
• Architecture License is a plus but not required

RESPONSIBILITIES
• Support projects from the schematic design phase to the completion of construction.
• Execute design and architectural detailing tasks, elevations, space layouts, building
sections, special details, etc.
• Produce schematic, design development and construction documents; make decisions and
negotiate critical issues in collaboration with the department director
• Provide leadership to the project team (all disciplines) for documents coordination
including design drawings construction documentation and specifications
• Perform construction admin duties – answer RFI’s, RFP’s, change orders, on-site
observation, etc.
• Provide feedback and coach teams to ensure successful project completion
• Ensure projects are on budget and on time
• Coordinate with both internal and external design consultants

Salary is negotiable, commensurate with abilities and qualifications. We offer medical & dental
insurance, 401(k) retirement plan, paid holidays, and paid time off. This role will be eligible for
annual holiday bonuses and profit-sharing upon successful completion of 1 year at firm
and depending on the profitability of the company. We are a flexible work, hybrid company.
