Project Manager

Your Role

As a Project Manager, you’ll be the creative and organizational force that brings ideas to life.
You’ll lead projects through every phase from concept to completion collaborating with clients, designers, and consultants to deliver work that inspires and performs.

Reporting to the Project Executive, you’ll take charge of project schedules, resources, and design quality, while mentoring emerging talent and ensuring every project reflects their high standards of creativity and precision.


What You’ll Do

  • Lead projects from start to finish with confidence and creativity

  • Manage multiple projects at once, balancing deadlines, budgets, and design intent

  • Serve as the primary client contact, building strong, lasting relationships

  • Oversee design development, documentation, and construction administration

  • Mentor team members and foster a collaborative, learning-focused studio culture

  • Guide QA/QC reviews and uphold excellence in design and technical execution

  • Oversee construction administration including scheduling, field observations, and reporting

  • Participate in business development and marketing efforts

  • Infuse every project with innovation, teamwork, and forward thinking


What You Bring

  • 8+ years of architectural experience

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture or Interior Design (accredited program)

  • Strong design and technical abilities across all project phases

  • Proficiency in Revit, with working knowledge of SketchUp and Photoshop

  • Exceptional communication, leadership, and organizational skills

  • A passion for mentoring, collaboration, and continuous learning
