Are you a seasoned Project Manager with a background in Architecture seeking an exciting opportunity? What You’ll Do:
Collaborate with esteemed architectural firms to craft high-quality, profitable, and branded architectural designs tailored for our division.
Lead the development, review, and implementation of new, refreshed, or realigned product designs, brochures, and construction documents.
Ensure architectural drawings align with stringent local building codes, industry standards, and best practices.
Champion value engineering initiatives, gathering input from stakeholders and guiding the paper frame-walk process.
Manage the drawing change process from inception to implementation, fostering seamless communication across internal and external stakeholders.
Drive innovation in energy efficiency and sustainability within architectural design practices.
Provide expert support to construction staff, resolving architectural issues and ensuring compliance with drawings.
Coordinate lot-specific production with Corporate Architecture and oversee exterior color packages for communities.
Engage in regular product conference calls with divisions and liaise with architects, engineers, and municipalities as needed.
What You Bring:
Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture or related field.
5+ years of construction or architectural experience, with a preference for residential construction expertise.
Proficiency in AutoCAD (version 2000+) and familiarity with REVIT.
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to convey detailed changes effectively.
Thorough understanding of local building codes and construction techniques.
Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Willingness to travel as needed.
