Located in the vibrant Wynwood Arts District, the firm is a collaborative team of talented architects and designers who work closely together in a studio setting to create thoughtful, innovative solutions tailored to each client and site. Their portfolio includes luxury custom homes ranging from 5,000 to over 100,000 square feet, as well as hospitality, multifamily, mixed-use, and commercial projects.
Position Overview
Our client is seeking Assistant PM/Job Captains and/or Project Managers to lead the technical development, documentation, and coordination of high-end residential projects. This role is ideal for a technically strong architect who is well-versed in both CAD and Revit software, capable of managing project teams, collaborating with designers, coordinating consultants, and guiding projects from design through construction.
The successful candidate will bring strong construction documentation skills, experience with construction administration, and a solid understanding of Florida building codes.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop Schematics through Construction drawings with Revit and CAD
- Lead and manage project teams through all phases of project development.
- Coordinate the preparation of construction documents, drawings, and specifications.
- Collaborate closely with project designers to develop and execute design intent.
- Develop, review, and coordinate technical aspects of project design and documentation.
- Coordinate consultants and interdisciplinary project teams.
- Ensure compliance with Florida Building Codes and applicable regulations.
- Participate in client meetings and contractor coordination throughout the project development process.
- Manage construction administration activities during the construction phase.
- Supervise, mentor, and support junior staff members.
- Maintain project schedules, quality standards, and production procedures.
- Keep Principals informed of project progress, challenges, and resource needs.
Qualifications
- Bachelor of Architecture (B.Arch.), Master of Architecture (M.Arch.), or similar degree required.
- 4–10 years of professional architectural experience (up to 15 years considered).
- Full Revit and Cad proficiency required
- High-end custom residential project experience required.
- Strong construction documentation experience is essential.
- Construction Administration experience required.
- Working knowledge of Florida Building Codes required.
- Professional registration is not required.
- Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a collaborative studio environment.

Compensation & Benefits
- Salary Range: $65,000 – $95,000 annually
