About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead and oversee high-end landscape architecture projects from concept through construction. This role is ideal for a proactive professional who thrives in a collaborative environment and has a passion for delivering exceptional design solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead design projects from conceptual development to construction completion.
• Independently manage key projects, ensuring seamless communication with clients, contractors, vendors, and municipal staff.
• Monitor and manage project budgets, ensuring financial efficiency while meeting billing goals.
• Oversee project consultants, including civil engineers, irrigation designers, and structural engineers.
• Prepare design documents in accordance with industry and company standards.
• Sign and seal design plans, ensuring high-quality, inspiring work.

What We’re Looking For

Essential Skills & Attributes

• Strong communication and leadership skills.
• Excellent time management and organizational abilities.
• Thorough knowledge of local building codes, legal requirements, and design standards.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Adobe Photoshop, and other relevant design software.
• Strong understanding of construction methods and the building process.

Qualifications

• License: Florida State Landscape Architecture License (Preferred).
• Experience: 5-10 years in design, project management, and estimating.
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Landscape Architecture or a related field (Preferred).
• Experience managing high-end residential and commercial landscape design projects is a plus.

Additional Information

• Job Type: Full-Time | Monday – Friday | In-Person (Not Remote)
• Location: Naples, FL 34110 (Relocation required before start date)
• Salary: $80,000 – $100,000 per year
