About the Role As a Senior Landscape Architect, you’ll take the lead in our landscape department, contributing your expertise and leadership to our team. Your role will involve not only executing design and technical solutions for projects across all design phases but also engaging in business development and marketing efforts. Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the landscape department and manage the team.
• Assist in business development and marketing endeavors.
• Contribute to project design and presentation materials.
• Coordinate projects, create graphics, develop construction documents, and handle submittals.
• Translate initial designs and sketches into AutoCAD for design framework.
• Develop construction details.
• Organize, create, and maintain CAD files for clients and municipalities.
• Review all work for accuracy prior to submission for review.

Qualifications:

• 5-8+ years of experience in Landscape Architecture or related design field.
• Exceptional collaboration and team leadership skills.
• Proven problem-solving and analytical abilities.
• Dedication to design concepts, technical execution, and details.
• Expertise in landscape and hardscape materials, applications, and construction.
• Enthusiasm for design, combined with a strong understanding of hardscape and landscape materials.
• Thorough grasp of design fundamentals, development, graphic presentations, and construction documentation.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize deadlines effectively.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Proficiency in grading plans.
• Practical experience within the United States.
