Key Responsibilities:

• Lead Innovative Design: Collaborate closely with our Project Designers, Project Managers, and design team to spearhead innovative design solutions. Your expertise will be instrumental in shaping the future of our projects.
• Client Engagement: Develop and present strategic plan presentations and documentation during programming and schematic design phases, actively seeking and securing client approvals.
• Design Brand Enhancement: Contribute to the enhancement of COMPANY’s brand by developing design solutions that resonate with our clients and team.
• Research Excellence: Conduct thorough research on product and construction methods relevant to our projects, staying at the forefront of industry advancements.
• Mentorship: Benefit from mentorship opportunities provided by our Senior Leadership and Principals, allowing you to develop your skills and knowledge further.

Experience Required:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Landscape Architecture
• Eight to fifteen years of work experience encompassing all phases of landscape architectural projects
• Landscape Architectural License

Skills and Qualifications:

• Proficiency in CAD, Land Fx, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite
• Strong conceptual design ability and advanced presentation skills
• Passion for multidisciplinary design processes and team collaboration
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to inspire quality throughout all project phases
