What You’ll Do

As a Senior Lighting Designer / Design Associate, you will:

  • Lead & Inspire – Direct projects and mentor emerging designers.

  • Innovate with Light – Collaborate with principals, architects, and interior designers to develop groundbreaking concepts.

  • Represent the Firm – Lead client presentations, attend industry events, and build lasting professional relationships.

  • Drive Excellence – Oversee design documentation, technical execution, and on-site coordination through to installation.

  • Collaborate Globally – Work across our international offices and projects, expanding your global design reach.

What We’re Looking For

We’re seeking a lighting designer with both creative vision and technical expertise, including:

  • Proven 10+ years of experience delivering high-profile architectural lighting projects

  • Professional degree in Architecture.
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, Adobe Creative Suite, and lighting calculation software

  • Strong leadership, management, organizational, and communication skills

  • A genuine passion for design excellence and the artistry of light
