Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Collaboration: Collaborate closely with project teams to pioneer innovative
drainage and stormwater management approaches for municipal civil
infrastructure and land development projects.
Technical Support: Take the lead in executing various water resources
engineering tasks, including water quality management, floodplain analysis,
stormwater conveyance, and watershed modeling. Proficiency in H&H
modeling and GIS is essential.
Client Interaction: Actively participate in client meetings, providing invaluable
insights and guidance to align project outcomes with client objectives.
Client Presentations: Play a pivotal role in client presentations, effectively
communicating project concepts and designs with clarity and conviction.
Project Management Assistance: Provide integral support in project
management activities, encompassing scheduling, financial oversight, and
status reporting.

Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or a related field of study.
• Professional Engineer (PE) registration in the State of Florida or eligibility to
obtain within 12 months. (EI is a must)
• 4+ years of hands-on experience in stormwater management and water
resources.
• Demonstrated proficiency in analytical thinking and problem-solving.
• Proven track record of navigating permitting processes with local government
and water management districts.
• Advanced skills in the Microsoft Office Suite, with a particular emphasis on
Excel.
• Familiarity with ICPR 4, HEC-RAS, ArcGIS, or analogous software.
• Exceptional communication skills coupled with the ability to thrive both
independently and collaboratively.
