What You’ll Do

Lead Design and Project Management

• Take ownership of key projects, leading design teams to produce inspiring and high-quality work.
• Oversee every phase of the design process, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget.
• Collaborate closely with clients, contractors, vendors, and municipal staff to deliver exceptional results.

Be a Trusted Client Partner

• Guide clients through proposals, reports, and design phases, providing exceptional customer care.
• Build lasting relationships with clients, ensuring satisfaction and repeat business.

Shape the Future of Our Firm

• Mentor junior designers and foster a collaborative and supportive team environment.
• Contribute your expertise to the growth and success of the firm’s expanding portfolio.

What We’re Looking For

Must-Have Qualifications:

• Licensed Landscape Architect with at least 10 years’ experience in design, project management, and estimating.
• Expertise in AutoCAD, Photoshop, and other relevant tools.
• Thorough understanding of construction methods, codes, and the full design-build process.
• Excellent time management, communication, and leadership skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience managing high-end residential landscape design projects.
• Familiarity with FL State LA Registration and local landscape codes.

Competitive Salary: $100,000 – $150,000 per year.
